CGS sec. 27-131.
1937, established per 1937 Cum Suppl. sec. 545d. The Commissioner of Public Works is required to maintain a headquarters for Spanish War Veterans to collect their papers, recollections, histories etc.
1980, ceased to exist, when last veteran, Mr. Charles A. Bunel, died March 27, 1980. All collections transferred to the State Library.
