    On June 15th, the new Cornwall Free Library was dedicated. The new 1,000 square foot one-story library located next to the Town Hall is architecturally compatible with the surrounding residential community.

    NHPRC Funds provides access to the early Connecticut court system and its surviving records enabling us to view the life and times of the women, children, minorities, and the poor over 200 years ago.

    A short story about the construction of the pool in Colt Park by the City of Hartford and the enjoyment it brought children of all ethnic backgrounds.

  • Motoring with the Hickmotts
    Narrative travelogues of the Hickmott family detailing the motoring adventures, mishaps, and condition of roads along with many humorous and candid remarks from 1905 - 1917.

• Creating the Future

    The CONNector will now be offered as an electronic publication.
  • Bibliostat Collect
    Web technology will be used to collect data and information from the Public Library Annual Report & Application for State Aid Grant. The new design, format, and pared down version of the survey will save completion time, and improve the timeliness of Connecticut's library data.

  • CSL Affirmative Action Plan 2002
    On June 13, 2002 the State Library's Affirmative Action marked its 14th year of approval.
