Farmington  had a series of focus groups in preparation for our Five Year Plan. 
A member of our Board who is skilled in facilitating helped out. She and I did 
three groups in which we asked how folks used the library, what their 
expectations were, what they would like to see changed, what they liked best 
etc. It was very informative and added to our planning process and we made alot 
of new friends and even recruited a Board member or two. We are planning to 
repeat the process this year with Businesses and High School students. Barb
