Thanks to all who responded to my request for patron behavior policies (Joe,
Mary, Judy, Laurel and Ginny). They are all very helpful - we've formed a
committee to formulate our policy!
I'm always thrilled to get input from other CT librarians when we're
questioning day to day operations. I know that Conntech was orginially set
up to so that we could exchange technology information. But I feel that,
more importantly, it fills a real communication void. How else can we find
out what everyone else is doing in any given situation so easily and quickly?
Speaking of technology - as promised at the Reference Roundtable held here
in the spring, I have added our official Technology Plan to our website. Be
prepared, it's short. Our website has recently been revamped - check it out!
