Subject: Employee Recognition

Hi, this is Cathy Ahern at the Russell Library posting yet another question
to the list (you have all benn so great in responding to previous
questions). I am sending this question on behalf of a small team that has
formed at our library to investigate establishing an employee recognition
program. Here goes:

The Russell Library is investigating the possibility of establishing an
Employee Recognition Program. If your library currently has such a
practice, please let us know. We are especially interested in:

        1. Criteria
        2. How the person is chosen and the frequency
        3. Type of rewards

Funds are limited, we are also bound by city and union regulations. Please
send any info to:

P.S. Related to this there was a recent thread on merit pay on this list. I
did not print any of this out, and I am struggling now to pull this up in
the archives. I have the HELP commands, but am not doing something right.
Can anyone suggest how I retreive these posts?
