Subject: Employee recognition programs

My apologies if this has come through already, I sent the post about a week
ago, but think that it might not have made it. I am sending this for one of
my colleagues who is working on a possible employee recognition program for
the Russell Library in Middletown.

The Russell Library is investigating the possiblity of establishing an
Employee Recognition Program. If your library currently has such a
practice, please let us know. We are especially interested in:

                1. Criteria
                2. How the person is chosen and the frequency
                3. Type of rewards

Funds are limited; we are also bound by city and union regulations.
