Hi, Karen,
My name is Donna Flatley and I am the computer technie for Eastern
Connecticut Libraries. You asked about libraries using "Big Screen" LCD
products for info. I currently use the InFocus 210 for all the workshops and
training sessions that I have given. We have had it for about a year and
have been delighted with it. I have had no problems at all and the libraries
that we have loaned it to have been able to set it up and even troubleshoot
some problems on their own. (The manual that comes with it, surprise,
surprise, is very good.)
I use the system connected to my laptop but it has the capability of being
connected to sound, video, computer and other devices simultaneously. We
have connected it to Windows desktops and laptops, and to Macintosh products
but we haven't had a need to connect any other devices. Let me know if I can
be of any other help.
