Farmington Library just purchased - thanks to our Friends - a video projection 
system: an InFocus 580 LitePro. Cost was $3545. Vendor: Valley Communications. 
It is just out of the box, so we don't have a lot of experience, yet. 
Motivation: replace 16mm films and use for computer training. Barb Gibson
