Hi Maxine -

Have you checked the C-Card regulations? The las time I checked (a fgew
years ago, now) they required an address to be valid for use outside the
home town library. You might also want to chat with Bob Gallucci and his
committee to develop a statewide card. Perhaps you can be the pilot?
