The CCARD regulations were last revised in January 1994.  That revision eliminated the requirement
that library cards include the holder's address.  The only requirements now for a borrower card to
be valid for CCARD is that it include the name and town of the issuing library, the name of the
person to whom it was issued, and a specific future expiration date.
