Hello everybody,

I have been doing a redesign of our library's web site and I would like to
consider adding forms for reserving materials as well as interlibrary loan
requests.  My question is to other libraries that have tried this.  Does it
seem to get much use?  Do you do much advanced publicity or just added the
forms to the site?  Have there been any problems in terms of the forms
suddenly not working?  Any complaints from people with forms incapable
browsers?

Any info/advice would be appreciated.
