Sue: We recently looked into eliminating the MONTHLY Readers' Guide updates
and instead only getting the annual volume. We were told that that with
Readers' Guide all you pay for is the annual volume, the monthly updates
come free as part of the subscription. The Readers' Guide rep should have
closed our conversation the way Bob (Discount Furniture) does, "I Gottcha."
