Absolutely. Our bread and butter is giving our community the information -- the
stuff -- they need, when they need it, in a form that works for them. Our
bread and butter is great service, responsive service, flexible service, new &
innovative, eye-popping, shout-it-out-Halleluah service now and forever amen.
The problem the problem the problem, Mr. Joe, is that there are folks running
libraries and funding libraries who take your comments and use them to deny
excellent services to their communities.
And then the library dies.

Amen again. And publicly chastized. But it wouldn't happen, would it? It
wouldn't happen because the internet is not our bread and butter.
