Sorry, Joe.  I  think I got some bad info.  I just tried to link and couldn't
find it.  I did get on at this address.  I appears to be only available in
audio
format.  If you find a print text, please let me know.  Also, I think the
other
speaker is Karen Schneider not Karen Coyle.  Hope this helps.
