Subject: Reminder - Electric Library Deadline

To subscribe to Electric Library at the CLN discount price, we must receive
your completed order at CRLC by November 21st.  If we do not hear from you
by then, we will be unable to add you to the state contract until July 1,
1998.  If you want to subscribe to Electric Library, please don't miss this
opportunity to get the state discount.
