Carol et al.,
All I know about the "Web browser" version of Electric Library is that
you access it via Netscape, MS Internet Explorer or another browser, and
that it works like anything else that you see on the Web. You use the
save and print functions of your browser rather than those of E-Library.
This means that there are some differences. For example, we noted that
the client version permits you to highlight and print select portions of
any article you find. It appears to us that you cannot do this with the
Web browser version. We do not have much experience with it because we
are using an older client version of E-Library that seems to be working
acceptably for us. The Web browser version was suggested to us because
of problems we were having with a newer client version, and because the
company had just introduced an update to its Web version.
