Subject: Re: chat rooms & email at public pcs
We allow patrons to use the Netscape PC for a 30 minute period. They can
surf the net, do serious business(whatever that is), enter a sports chat
room, enter a chat room from their native country, use hotmail to
send/receive email. As long as they follow appropriate guidelines, we
don't limit how they use the pc. Chat and email are great ways of
acquiring information.
