Today happens to be the official one-year anniversary of an Internet site
you may find of use.

It's called "NOWONDER", and it exists to provide * free tech support! *

I believe it has some paid staff, but it also has a large volunteer staff
who access the site, read the questions people have sent in, and take one
(or more) to answer.  They try to provide 24-hour turnaround time for
answers.

The site provides support for:

*	HTML / Web
*	Macintosh
*	Windows (including links to Microsoft Tech Support)
*	OS/2
*	Unix
*	BE (a new Operating System)
