Subject: Insurance query

Our library is partially run by trust funds. The Trust also carries the
insurance on the building/furnishings, etc.  They're updating the
policies & I am curious as to whether there's a "standard formula" for
determining the cost of replacing damaged/destroyed collections (books,
videos, etc.)?  If anyone has any suggestions, please email me
