Hello out there...
I am taking an informal survey:
How many of you folks in libraryland have publicized your library's
e-mail address (either on your web sites or locally for your patrons)?
If so, have you received an overwhelming amount of mail from the general
public? How are these queries handled (what kind of priority do they
receive?)?
I am particularly interested in hearing from small and mid-sized
libraries who only have a single e-mail account for the entire library,
however, if you large libraries out there have any pearls of wisdom, I'd
love to hear your tales.
