Subject: E-mail addresses

Our e-mail addresses are listed on our home page, on a bookmark that we
give to the public for ILL purposes, on our business cards, etc. We
receive very few e-mail messages from the public but that could change
as they find uses for it, i.e. Could you reserve xxxx book for me? I
like the idea but wonder how it would factor into the work load.
