Subject: [CONNTECH] ILL GAC Referrals

Some of you may have seen NELINET's message this morning that stated
that NELINET will no longer provide ILL Referrals. This does NOT
mean that WCLC will no longer offer this service. WCLC's referral
service for GAC requests is fully functioning. NELINET had provided
the same service for some libraries, and that is what is no longer
being offered.
