    This is a reminder to Public Library Directors: Completed Annual Surveys/Application for State Grants 2001/2002 must be returned to the State Library no later than 5:00pm Thursday, November 15, 2001.
    Please take into account the 12th is a holiday, and the turn around time for the U. S. mail has been slower than usual.
