    Connecticut Library Association's Customer Service Section is pleased
    to present Customer Service in a Multicultural Society: a workshop
    that illustrates the impact of cross-cultural differences on the
    provision of library and information services. This information will
    assist participants in refining their customer service skills,
    enhancing communication with clients and co-workers, and avoiding
    misunderstandings and stereotyping.
