Adopted: November 24, 1982 by a popular vote of  387,116 in favor and 156,257 against.

 

“ the Superior Court [appeals] are taken to the Supreme Court.  There’s been a growth in the number of appeals going [to]  … our Supreme Court and  … they’re [not] getting the proper treatment … this will create an Appeals Court …”
