This facility houses the Middletown Library Service Center which serves public and school librarians; the Connecticut Digital Library staff; and the State Library's Technology Training Center. See WebjunctionCT for more information on services.

Hours
Service Center hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. The Center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays.

Directions
From Route 9 Southbound - Take Exit 13 (Route 17S). Stay in left-hand lane, as the ramp becomes an access road. Turn left at the traffic light at the end of the road onto Route 17 South. In about a mile you will come to a flashing yellow traffic light (just past Denny's and Goodyear Tire) at the intersection of Route 17 (South Main St.) and Highland. For the main entrance turn left onto Highland then the first right is the Service Center driveway. For meeting room entrance, continue on Route 17 to the first driveway on the left past the flashing yellow light.

From Route 9 Northbound - Take Exit 11. Turn left onto Route 155 (Randolph Rd). Go just over 2 miles. For the main entrance turn right onto Highland (just before the High View Health Care Center) to the Service Center on the left just past the SNET building. For meetings continue on Randolph Road to the traffic light at the intersection with South Main St. (Route 17) and turn right. Driveway is on the right just before the flashing yellow traffic light.

From I-91 North or South - Take Exit 22S to Route 9 South. Follow directions from Route 9 South.

From Route 66 Westbound - After crossing the Portland-Middletown bridge in Middletown, turn left at the light and go under the RR overpass toward the Connecticut River; turn right onto Route 9 South. Follow directions from Route 9 South.

From Route 691 Northbound - Take Route 691 to Route 91 North to Route 9 South. Follow directions for Route 9 South.

Parking
The Service Center has 2 parking lots, one accessible from South Main St. and another accessible from Highland Ave.

Handicapped parking and access is available from both parking lots.
