Registering your library’s IP address(es) will enable any computer in your library to access iCONN without first having to enter a public library card number. There is no charge to register or to use iCONN.

To register your library with iCONN, go to this form. To complete the form, click on File (near the upper left hand corner), then click on Download.

The form can be faxed or emailed, or you can simply copy/paste your registration information into the body of an email to: Eric.A.Hansen@ct.gov.
