Auto-Graphics is instituting the following change regarding scheduled and emergency maintenance on reQuest:

1. Scheduled system/hardware maintenance will be done after midnight (EST) Monday to Friday or, if the system is needed for extended periods of time, maintenance work will be scheduled on weekends.
2. A-G will provide one week advanced notice for scheduled system/hardware maintenance.
3. Emergency system/hardware maintenance and system shutdowns will be performed as needed to insure proper operation of A-G's equipment. A-G will provide as much advanced notice as possible for emergency system/hardware maintenance and shutdowns.

This change was done at our request to accommodate the needs of library staff using reQuest in the evening hours.
