Set your iPhone for manual management, as follows:

  • Connect the device to your Mac
  • Open iTUNES
  • Select your iPhone in the Devices list
  • Click the Summary tab and select "Manually manage music and videos"
  • Click Apply

If after carrying out the above steps you still cannot transfer iCONN's downloadable audio books to your iPhone, contact OneClickdigital support at support@oneclickdigital.com
