To update IP and contact information, send an email to
Type "iCONN Registration Change" and the name of your school, college or
library in the subject field. Include, in the email:
Your name and title.
Your phone number and email address.
The name of your school, college, or library.
A statement indicating what should be changed, for example:
Change our IP address from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168
Add IP address 22.214.171.124 to our range of IP addresses.
Replace our existing IP address range with 126.96.36.199.
Change our phone number from (203) 298-5319 to (860) 298-5319.
Change our school contact from John Doe to Jane Smith.
Changes require two business days to process. It is important that you also email any IP changes to all iCONN database vendors. Vendor technical contact information is listed by library type at http://www.cslib.org/iconnsitemap/staff/DatabaseContacts.aspx
