STEPHEN TITUS HOSMER

JUDGES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF ERRORS, DURING THE PERIOD OF THIS VOLUME OF REPORTS.

(a) Ch. J. Hosmer retired from office, on the 10^th of January, 1833, having, at that time, arrived at the age of seventy years.
(b) Appointed in May, 1832, to be Chief Justice from and after January 10^th, 1833.
(c) Appointed in May, 1833, to be Associate Judge from and after January 10^th, 1833.
