PUBLIC ACT NO. 96-23

AN ACT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN ENERGY EFFICIENCY RESPONSIBILITIES FROM THE OFFICE OF POLICY AND MANAGEMENT TO THE STATE BUILDING INSPECTOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Sections 16-19ii and 16a-14d of the general statutes are repealed.

Approved April 29, 1996. Effective October 1, 1996.
