Substitute House Bill No. 5502

PUBLIC ACT NO. 96-56

AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPLICABILITY OF THE 1995 ACT ENTITLED "AN ACT CONCERNING LONG-TERM LEASING" WHICH IMPOSED REQUIREMENTS ON THE CHARGING OF EXCESS WEAR AND TEAR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (NEW) Public act 95-337 shall apply to leases or lease agreements entered into on or after October 1, 1995.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect from its passage.

Approved May 7, 1996. Effective May 7, 1996.
