PUBLIC ACT NO. 96-59

AN ACT TERMINATING THE EXPORT-TRADE PANEL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 32-9ss of the general statutes, as amended by section 1 of public act 95-250, is repealed.

Approved May 7, 1996. Effective October 1, 1996.
