AUTHORITIES.AN ACT CLARIFYING THE DEFINITION OF BONDS ISSUED BY LOCAL HOUSIN

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Subsection (c) of section 8-39 of the general statutes, as amended by section 1 of public act 95-250, is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

(c) "Bonds" means any bonds, INCLUDING REFUNDING BONDS, notes, interim certificates, debentures or other obligations issued by the authority pursuant to this chapter.

Approved May 8, 1996. Effective October 1, 1996.
