Issued by the full chamber. May contain Presidential messages or vetoes, special reports of agencies, reports of committee activities, reports of patriotic or veterans groups, memorial tributes and other miscellany.

Paper Holdings and Locations

Individual hard copy documents are retained only until replaced by bound issues of the American State Papers (1st - 14th Congress) or the Congressional Serial Set (15th Congress - ).

Reports are on the 6th floor in the stacks.
