Establishing and Managing Successful Records Management Programs.
Presented by Dr. Mark Langemo, CRM, FAI, Professor Emeritus, College of Business and Public Administration, University of North Dakota.
This workshop will cover the winning strategies for a successful records management program; developing and implementing legally-valid records retention programs and schedules for all records media including electronic records; developing state-of-the art filing systems for paper records; and an introduction to electronic imaging and how it applies to records management.
This workshop is available free of charge to any Connecticut Town Clerk or a designated representative. IIMC member Town Clerks working toward a Master Municipal Clerk (MMC) designation will receive three (3) points. Member Town Clerks working toward Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) will receive one (1) point for attending the program.
